Circle K Hawaiian Day set for April 24

LSU Alexandria’s Circle K organization is holding its second-annual Hawaiian Day from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Monday, April 24, on the campus quad.

Members will provide free lunches for all students and employees. The lunches will consist of ham-and-cheese sandwiches, a drink and dessert.

Participants are invited to wear Hawaiian costumes and take part in the limbo contest, costume contest and hula-hoop contest. T-shirts will be sold and a photo booth provided.

Raffle tickets are being sold until the day of the event, and the winners will be announced at that time. First prize is dinner for two at Tunk’s Cypress Inn, the second prize is movie passes for two and the third prize is a lunch box with goodies.

Raffle tickets can be purchased from any Circle K International member.
