INTRO TO PERSONAL COMPUTERS COURSE AT LSUA

<p> The LSUA Office of Short Courses and Conferences is pleased to announce that due to participant demand, another session of "Introduction to Using a Personal Computer" has been scheduled this spring. </p><p> The session will meet on Mondays and Thursdays, March 9, 12, 16 and 19 from </p><p> 6 p.m until 9 p.m on the LSUA Campus. The cost is $118 plus text and Mrs. Gloria Shelby will be the instructor. </p><p> This course is for BEGINNERS to become acquainted with using a personal computer, to learn how to operate a computer and be introduced to the various software packages available. No previous computer knowledge or experience is required. </p><p> Topics include hardware, keyboarding, elementary DOS commands, word processing, spreadsheets, and tips for purchasing a personal computer. </p><p> Contact the LSUA Office of Short Courses and Conferences at 473-6445 or 473-6495 for more information </p><p>
