EVANGELINE PARISH RESIDENTS GRADUATE AT LSUA

<p> Chancellor Robert Cavanaugh presented diplomas to 93 graduates during Louisiana State University at Alexandria&acute;s Spring Commencement exercises held May 21. During commencement, 70 students earned associate degrees and 23 students earned bachelor&acute;s degrees. </p><p> Charles S. Weems, III, president and senior member of the Gold, Weems, Bruser, Sues & Rundell law firm, delivered the commencement address during the ceremony which was held in the Physical Education Building. </p><p> The following Evangeline parish residents were awarded degrees: </p><p> Mamou-Carol Meche-Fontenot, associate in nursing </p><p> Pine Prairie-Michael D. Wiles, bachelor of science in general business administration St. Landry-Jacob R. Vizinat, associate of science in science </p><p> Ville Platte-Ann Marie Tate Hesnor, bachelor of general studies; Trudy Sylvester Radecker, associate in nursing. </p>
