NEW LEADERSHIP COURSE OFFERED BY LSUA

<p> Louisiana State University at Alexandria (LSUA) is pleased to announce a new course designed to assist anyone interested in becoming a leader in an organization or improving leadership skills. "Principles of Leadership" will be offered on Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. until 8:50 p.m. beginning Aug. 26 and continuing through the fall semester. The class will meet at Camp Beauregard, Bldg. 305, and Colonel Allen Bozeman with the Louisiana National Guard will be the instructor. </p><p> "Principles of Leadership" will cover the concepts necessary to foster excellent leadership in an organization. Topics to be covered include: Leadership and leadership styles, motivation and personality types, communication, supervision, problem solving/conflict resolution, managing change, team building and ethics. </p><p> The course is offered through the Division of Business Administration and is listed as Management 2010.
