Central Louisiana residents are encouraged to put on their walking shoes on Saturday, Oct. 27 to support St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
The walk-a-thon begins at 10 a.m. on the campus of LSU Alexandria.
The event is open to the public, and there is a participation fee of $10. All proceeds will be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
Registration will occur the morning of Oct. 27 in the parking lot across from the Student Center, although pre-registration is also available.
