Judge Gremillion to Address Constitution Day Observance

Judge Shannon Gremillion of the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals will deliver a Constitution Day address on the relevance of the country’s founding document Friday during LSU Alexandria’s observance of Constitution Day. Gremillion will speak at noon at the campus quadrangle.

The observance also features a dedication of Freedom Shrine of America documents donated by the Exchange Club at 11:30 a.m. in Chambers Hall.

Gremillion’s remarks will be preceded by the presentation of colors by the Peabody Magnet High School Junior ROTC. It will be followed by patriotic songs from the Carlow Choir under the direction of John De Chiaro and The Great American Cook-Off judging and sampling.

The public is invited to participate.
