This fun-filled day session is limited to the first 100 students who register.

During Battle of the Decades, participants will explore LSUA through hands-on breakout sessions and competitive games. They will also have the opportunity to test out of remedial courses and to register for fall classes.

In conjunction with the 5 p.m. orientation on July 10, Student Affairs is offering a seminar for non-traditional students at 4 p.m. called Shifting Gears. This program is designed for the student coming to college after several years of being out of a school environment. Participants are invited to bring their spouse, a family member, or significant other with them to the workshop. Topics will include how to juggle family, school and job and managing time effectively. After the seminar, refreshments will be served and students will attend orientation and register for classes.

The orientation presentations on July 9 and 10 are regular orientation sessions that will last approximately one hour.
