Released: 01/14/2008

Twenty-nine "emerging leaders" are participating in the 2008 Leadership Central Louisiana program, which provides participants with first-hand knowledge of key community components. "Participants receive cutting-edge instruction in leadership skills, and they have numerous opportunities to make contact with influential leaders in government, education, arts and culture, military, healthcare, economic development, law enforcement and natural resources," said Cathy Andries, director.
